We offer a full variety of castings, materials, and casting processes along with turnkey machining services for all castings we offer.

Machining
In support of the casting production facilities we maintain several fully equipped machine shops with CNC and conventional equipment available to finish machine your parts to your specific requirements. Machine centres available include conventional and CNC turning, boring and milling machines, lathes, drilling and tapping machines, surface grinders and honing equipment. In addition we are able to offer a full service pattern shop that includes CNC pattern making from customer supplied solid models in house.

Coatings
Titan Foundry has onsite painting facilities at the producing foundries. In addition, we offer plating, galvanizing and anodizing when required. We can also assemble your finished parts into complete assemblies, package per your requirements and deliver ready to install.

Castings
Titan Foundry’s diverse casting manufacturing processes offer our customers choices not typically available at most foundries today regardless of location. These processes include Green Sand Moulding, No-Bake Moulding, Investment (lost wax) Moulding, Lost Foam Moulding, Vacuum Moulding, Iron and Shell Moulding, and Die Casting. Heat treatment of our products is typically performed in house, and includes Annealing, Normalizing and Tempering, Quenching and Tempering (oil or water) and surface hardening. In addition, we have in house ability to supply solid models from your current drawing or create a casting solid model from an existing fabricated part for you to validate in your operation.
