If we are asked to provide just the grates for a project where we have not supplied the frames, we cannot guarantee that the grates will fit properly into the customer supplied frames or concrete. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for damage to the grates resulting from them not being supported properly after installation.

We strongly recommend you always purchase these products from us as a package to ensure customer satisfaction in the long term, and that the grates are always installed into a properly fitting steel frame and not just on concrete or pavers.
